The IRENA Capacity statistics give a total of 22.590 MW for 2022. IRENA even mention the strong build of solar in 2022 in their 2023 Highlights. If anyone has any insight whether IRENA got things wrong here, it would be appreciated -- Ildottoreverde (talk) 12:49, 28 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No idea where exactly IRENA gets their data from but the same capacity number is also found on the ENTSO-E transparency platform. So that might be where IRENA got their data from.
The high number given for 2022 is almost certainly wrong. It might be the expected installed capacity for the end of this year. No idea how else the 22.590 MW would make any sense. Jexio (talk) 22:23, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
