Orphan discussion[edit]

By its nature, a sports-related, children-themed comic strip of relatively recent vintage, there will not be very many references to Small Saves at this time. However, it is now linked in all relevant categories. Dkendr (talk) 18:27, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notability discussion[edit]

The question of notability for Wikipedia was raised. I looked over the guidelines for notability for comic strips and one criterion is distribution by independant sources. Small Saves appears in a number of newspapers (which I will try to run down and identify) and is linked through the NHL web site. I think this qualifies the strip for Wikipedia, but will have to do and add more information.

Some new references and links have been added, and there hasn't been any debate on the subject. I'm removing the notability tag and leaving the talk page as it is. Dkendr (talk) 00:26, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Peer Review[edit]

I'm afraid that if I were to stick to the letter of the law on this, under the guidelines at WP:COMICS this would still be a stub article. However, I think that with a few more sources and a little expansion (possibly covering reception or production of the comic?) this could easily get up to at least C class. Sorry I can't be more favourable at present, and do let me know idf you make any improvements on my talk page! Benny Digital Speak Your Brains 16:17, 15 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the note - Honest assessments are the best kind and never a need to apologize. I'll see what I can do to improve the article and thanks for your suggestions. Dkendr (talk) 19:50, 16 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
