move article into drug abuse or a list of drug abuse related effects?[edit]

with this article along with "skin track" being both a stub as well as being mid importance it may be better just to add the information to any article that is related to or describes this condition so theirs not just a 6 word article that just defines what it is with no other info. thoughts? 198.110.115.186 (talk) 20:21, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
