WP:NCPEER is often, and erroneously, quoted in the move to 'Abraham Hume, 1st Baronet'. The relevant part governing the naming conventions for baronets is Wikipedia:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility)#British nobility, #3. "A baronet should never be referred to with the title but without "Sir" preceding (e.g. do not use "William Williams, 2nd Baronet, of Clapton")."
