SDS Information Blog[edit]

I tried to add a link to a blog that just has information on Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome and was told to come here to talk about it? www.shwachman.blogspot.com The blog format makes it easy for people to navigate subject matter related to Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome. Hyphenations[edit]

"Subclinical" and "subdomain" are single words that are not hyphenated. Never. The prefix "sub" is never hyphenated onto anything except for "sub-Saharan" -- in other words, only before proper nouns. See these words for examples: subdural, subgroup, subhuman, subjunction, sublimininal, subluminal, submarine, submachine gun, suboptimal, subpartition, subservient, subsonic, substandard, subterranean. Why anyone would want to hyphenate any of these is a substantial mystery.
