EVINE LiveEvine Live – Logo's in lowercase and EVINE is not an abbreviation for anything – 2601:8C:4001:DCF4:30A3:6FD8:E319:BE2 (talk) 11:29, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

This is a contested technical request (permalink). — Andy W. (talk ·ctb) 23:47, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
    • This has been debated to death, see the talk page. If you want to start a new discussion I'd suggest going with a stronger rationale. Jenks24 (talk) 11:34, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
      • Moving this out as it's clearly contested (both by your comment and the talk page) - no need to keep it in the uncontested section :) -- samtar talk or stalk 15:40, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
        • Thanks. I'd just like to hold it here for the moment (rather than move it to a full RM just yet) to see if the IP has a response. Jenks24 (talk) 15:43, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
          • It looks like the logo has a specific style. Going by the argument made by the proposal, it should really be "evine LIVE" or, for Wikipedia technical reasons, "Evine LIVE". However, looking down at the bottom of the website, it clearly says in pure text-only, "EVINE Live" no less then eight times, and additionally once as text in a graphic for social media options. I would keep as-is and move on. --98.122.20.56 (talk) 19:34, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

  • Oppose and speedy close per MOS:TM and previous move requests. The company's actual name is EVINE Live. This is clearly shown at the bottom of their homepage:[1] ©2016 EVINE Live. All rights reserved. All trademarks, service marks and logos are owned by or registered to EVINE Live It is also what most reliable sources call them, as evidenced in the discussion above. The styling in the logo is just that, styling, which MOS:TM suggests we avoid. And let's be honest, if you were really going down that route, you'd call it "evinɘ LIVE", which is what the logo actually says, but is even more ridiculous. This repeated move requesting for this article is becoming a little disruptive now. Thanks  — Amakuru (talk) 13:11, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
