Miramax lawsuit[edit]

"Plaintiff is a male whose services are rendered only when he is wearing a costume depicting 'shark-like' attributes."

Can anybody explain why Miramax's lawyer would say that makes Roll's copyright claim invalid? Jeff Silvers 03:52, 17 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Well, such arrogant behaviour is to be expected from big multi-national companies who believe that money gives them the right to anything... Voievod 23:41, 14 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Why isnt there anything about his TNA stuff here..?

There was a jobber in WCW on the Saturday/Sunday night shows in the company's last years by the name of Shark Boy, who had the same kind of mask with fin and costume. Same guy?

If he wore the same costume and mask and had the same name, then I would imagine it was probably the same guy. Jeff Silvers 19:23, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It is definitely the same guy.69.222.55.140 05:51, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WWE Appearance?[edit]

Has Shark Boy, ever appeared in WWE(F)? I ask because I was on youtube and I was looking at a video of Shawn Michaels' funniest moments and there was a guy on there with Shark Boys facial structure that did the same Stone Cold impression. I think it would add to this rather short article. Goblin Knight (talk) 06:34, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

He did appear for WWE but only for a brief time mostly doing dark matches and jobbing duties. Some further info can be found here and here —Preceding unsigned comment added by 154.20.19.214 (talk) 04:42, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually he did appear in a backstage segment once during Tough Enought III with Jonah on RAW. --Crash Underride 05:09, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Beyond the Mat[edit]

Am I right or wrong but was he shown in Beyond the Mat. I'm pretty sure he was shown in a scene putting together his outfit.OfficialDoughboy (talk) 21:49, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It wasn't Beyond the Mat. He was in a Discovery Channel documentary. It also had a very 'roided up John Cena just starting, going by The Prototype still. DeathWeed (talk) 01:55, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

Who deleted most of the info from his 2002-2009 run with TNA? Can somebody fix that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.71.210.32 (talk) 22:10, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Editor impersonating article subject[edit]

As mentioned at WP:BLPN#Shark Boy, someone on several IP addresses and the account User:John Jason Womack is impersonating the article subject and has been successively editing the article over the past few months to pass himself off as the subject. I've reverted to the last revision I can confirm as clean. Vaticidalprophet 03:47, 22 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
