Clarification[edit]

A couple notes about the recent edit:

Could you clarify what "refuses to accept the fight's scenario" means?

This one also needs clarification: "The police are told to hunt Artem unofficially, however, it has no instructions and the policemen do not know why they must watch him." I added the "are told to" part because if I understand right, someone is giving them these instructions.

What are encashers? Is this Cashiers? Sounds like maybe "mafioso" or "thug" from the context.

Explanations[edit]

Valiyev was offered to stage the fight according to some scenario. He refuses to do that, he wanted Artem to win.

Encashers? Well, this word does not exist. I produced it from encashement, though I knew it did not exist in English. But I forgot this. It is a mistake. I should have used collectors or receivers. The original word (sg.) is "inkassator" (Russian: инкассатор). Inkassators carry money and such. Also, I am not sure about the word "bankomat".
