Second part is an advertisement with no outside sources[edit]
Title says it all. The site is not government approved, looks old and claims to be used by "1000s". It is not worth mentioning, especially not if it is just to parrot their sales pitch about SOP credits. I suspect the section might have been added by the company itself.
