Talk:Section 8 notice

I have never understood why there are 17 grounds in the Housing Act, and yet only a selection of these (according to the gov.uk site) are applicable when serving a Section 8 Notice.

Perhaps the author could clarify whether, for example, a landlord can use Section 8 to enforce Ground 1.
