This article sounds very biased towards to SCRI with the langauge it is written in, and I think could be rewritten to sound more factual/encyclopedic. The fact that it lacks references as well means many of the statements are essentially just claims by the authors, such as "SCRI’s research activities make a clear contribution to the economic wellbeing, quality of life and implementation of policy objectives in Scotland as well as delivering excellence through research outcomes impacting on, and being recognised by, the global scientific community."
