The article says: "Species in this order have recently been reclassified into the Perciformes." I have not seen this in any text books and the Order still appears in Fish Base @ [1]. If it is true that they have been reclassified, then this article should be merged with the article @ [[2]].--Jake901 (talk) 19:19, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Largest scorpaeniform fish (inconsistent articles)[edit]

This article names the lingcod (1.52 m; 59 kg) as the upper end of the range, but the skilfish article lists its max as 1.83 m and 91 kg. Shofutai (talk) 05:38, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
