This article reads like it was written by the World Bank, for whom 'science and technology' is simply the best way to enforce neoliberalism and globalism on pacific nations and steal their resources. The article is the result of a collaboration with UNESCO, which involved reusing text from open-licence UNESCO publications. I agree that the results are poor and have tried to raise this issue in multiple venues but without much response. Cordless Larry (talk) 06:49, 4 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
