The store became an immediate overwhelming success

I have removed the above line, in reference to Culinaria, from the article as the source cited (http://stlouis.bizjournals.com/stlouis/stories/2009/01/05/story5.html) does not substantiate the claim.208.118.163.99 (talk) 15:21, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

Written like copy from a company brochure

This whole article is written like copy from a brochure released by the company. This needs a complete overhaul with objective information. Also, comments like the part talking about an Asst. Manager's mannerisms somewhere in Missouri (placing -land at the end of every phrase)...unless that takes place at every Schnuck's as part of policy, it has no merit being included in this article...It seems apparent that it was written by a Schnuck's employee, not by an outside observer...Both spam and advert tags were removed from this article, however, the issues still remain...so i have re-tagged it as advert...as it does not meet wikipedia standards as it is currently written. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.206.211.86 (talk) 13:29, 8 March 2010 (UTC)

Question

Not to be defensive towards a local business, just to pose the question - will noting the spree still be ultimately notable in five years, or just be a superfluous scar on a relatively small encyclopedia entry? Is noting this sort of thing typical to encyclopedic entries and immediately relevant to the stores' history in the same way it might to other similarly-sized supermarket chains? --4.244.27.58 20:46, 27 July 2006 (UTC)

Someone could expand this page with more day to day info about Schnucks. Whitebox 04:20, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

Kansas

I know that Schnuck's was active for a period of time in the Kansas City market in the 1990s, but the last time I was in the area it appears that they may have pulled out. Since Kansas is not currently listed as one of their locations (and since the KC metro area crosses the state line) when did they enter into the market and when (if at all) did they leave? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.5.91.143 (talk) 12:10, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Employees Section

This section is very biased. Consider for deletion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.151.10.208 (talk) 15:51, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

Agreed. Also, the Community involvement, uniform, and employees section could probably be deleted or the more pertinent information added to the history or main body of the article. The article is kind of unbalanced on the whole and might need a POV tag but I don't feel qualified to make that judgement —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.69.200.122 (talk) 17:55, 17 October 2009 (UTC)

I was surprised that there was no mention of the strike from a few years ago 68.188.25.170 (talk) 02:03, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
