I have reassessed this article to C-class, down from a B-class which dates from 2007, on the basis that assessment standards have changed over time and the article now needs clean-up and additional citations for verification. B-class articles should be free of clean-up or citation issues. I have also added a B-class checkist of questions that should all be answered with Yes before an article meets the current 'B-class standard. I have also removed an external link from this talk page to what may have been a version of this article on the user page of NewyorkPD (talk·contribs) because that page was deleted with the comment: "G10: Biography of a living person that is entirely negative in tone and unsourced" That user's edit to this article was unsourced and subsequently reverted. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 23:11, 10 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
