Needs an article[edit]

Note there are two different museums. The Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History is downtown, 705 Front Street, http://www.santacruzmah.org/ while the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History is in Seabright, 1305 E. Cliff Drive, http://www.santacruzmuseums.org which also runs the surfing museum. Do not think they are related except being in the same town, so the redirect is questionable. Proposed move[edit]

I propose to move this article to a new page titled Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History, in order to match the article title to the text in the opening sentence, and also to disambiguate. Objections? WCCasey (talk) 23:37, 15 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Just noticed that there's already a re-direct page titled Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History. I don't understand why things were set up this way - a page titled "Museum of Art and History" requires disambiguation, while "Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History" does not.
