Explanation needed[edit]

Can someone find and include an explanation of how this "locality" relates to other regional, governmental and other divisions? e.g. local government wards, the place listed on this postcode list for 0872 and the map shown here, where it looks as if it's in the middle of nowhere? Also, McDonald Downs, Census Community Profile. The whole of Utopia's population is 401, yet Sandover 634? I can't make sense of it. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 01:21, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
