Your'e lead is real good and concise, it gives me a good picture of who she is and what she does. In the lead and overall I belive that the lead and the rest of the article can include many more hi lighted clickable words to greater give information in the article you know like this? All the content presented in the article is good, if you could it might be good to include more information about her background life, like where she grew up, family, interests outside of research if you could find it.

Good talking in a neutral voice but the sentences "She typically does her research on avian embryos such as chick, quail, and duck as model organisms[3]. Her goals are to find a way to both..." feels a bit informal and could sound more fact based. Sounds too informal for Wikipedia.

Good sources. All of them are very good choices I think. Good writing and text, very clear and concise words! In the work and studies can you talk more about her previous research and some of what she has previously discovered I'm sure you can do this by reading more of her published papers.
