I've cleaned up some of the language, but there remains a good bit that needs to be done on the article to make it more encyclopaediac. More of the Urdu terms need to be translated, at the very least. I didn't like having to change the headings either - I would have liked to have translated the one that was in Urdu instead of just replacing it with the bland 'Perosnality' but, of course, didn't know what it meant.

I have looked through this article again and do not see much issues left. Please do comment on specific things that are needed here.

I've copy edited the section now called "Pets", fixing spelling and grammar, etc. Here are some specific things that need to be done for this article and all the others that are linked to it because they are related to the work of Ibn-e-Safi:

* Adding references. There are many things in this article that are stated as being facts that are not related to a specific novel, and thus would be considered original research WP:OR. There are some references and that is a good start, but every single assertion needs to be referenced to a specific book and, for the benefit of English-speakers, that book has to have its English title (and it needs to be the same English title as is found in the list of novels linked to this page). For instance, the article states that Hameed likes to take his goat to nightclubs. In which novel does this happen first?

* Correcting POV (point of view). Like all Wikipedia articles, we try to state the facts and let the readers draw their own conclusions. So assertions of excellence of the stories, or the characters, are not appropriate UNLESS they have been made by an impartial third party (a book reviewer, for instance), and you can provide a reference that can be checked by the reader. (Therefore, book reviews that are only available in Urdu are only appropriate for an Urdu version of Wikipedia. English readers need to have English sources.) If you say the books are best-sellers, that's an opinion. Saying approximately how many copies were sold, and saying where that information comes from, is a fact and allows the readers to draw their own conclusions. A best-seller in Urdu probably doesn't mean the same amount of copies of a book as a best-seller in English. Another example of this is the former title of the section I edited. The section is about pets. How interesting those pets are is something that the reader will have to decide, so we just call the section "pets" and leave the adjectives aside.

I hope this helps you see the issues for this and all related pages. I'll be looking at all these related pages and trying to improve them from time to time.
