Splash lubrication only on very low-revving engines...[edit]

Splash lubrication has been used without problems for decades in air-cooled, gasoline engines in power equipment for lawn care. These engines run continuously at 3600 RPM. Kohler or Briggs and Stratton engines in the USA are common examples. The statement "clearly it is a system that can work only on very low-revving engines, otherwise the sump oil would become a frothy mousse" is incorrect and should be removed. Furthermore, it is not important for the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.41.204.4 (talk) 16:45, 15 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
