concernat les PIRATES des Mers ... au VENEZUELA[edit]

Yes. What a pain. It is very clear that, although these are international requirements, the text of the SOLAS regulations are completely copyright and the IMO do not want anybody even to read them for free. I have found an IMO summary and further summarised that, using as different a wording as I possibly can to avoid WP:COPYVIO. We have the same problems at COLREGS, where many experienced mariners know the copyright wording by heart, and seem to want to see it verbatim in Wikipedia. I'm at a loss how you can require people all over the world to know your rules by heart, and yet maintain that the words are copyright and cannot be freely reproduced! Anyway, here I specifically went into more detail over Chapter V as it applies to all (including amateur) mariners. SOLAS 2010?[edit]
