validity of an article[edit]

Based on the draft provided in this version it appears to me that the topic deserves an article. However, the contributions are being deleted, and will repeatedly be deleted by wikipedia editors enforcing a ban on Jvolkblum and alleged sockpuppets, whether everything in their enforcement campaign has been fair or not.
