Templates removed[edit]

I've worked on the article a bit recently. I've removed the demand for references, not because I think it's perfect, but because and I think it now has a reasonable apparatus that could guide an interested reader further: feel free to dissent and restore the template if you're not happy. I've also removed the stub template, because it's clearly beyond that stage, although there must be more information out there. Though a typical middle-ranking bureaucrat of his age, Robert turned out to be more interesting than expected. I'm moving on to Wombridge Priory, which, oddly, turns out to have no entry: like Robert, not of the first importance but worthy of note. Sjwells53 (talk) 09:17, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Mess made: sorry[edit]

I've recently made a mess of things by inadvertently updating this article with stuff meant for the Robert of Shrewsbury (died 1168). I think it's now OK but please bear with me and by all means release on it any bots needed to sort it out re Authority Control etc. Sjwells53 (talk) 09:38, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
