Currently Heriot-Watt is embroiled in a controversy over their LGBT policy in their Dubai + Malaysia campuses, culminating in Prof Williams blocking critics, and ordering a administrative blockade. Please be aware that there may be attempts by the university to interfere with the discussion of these issues on Wikipedia articles such as this one.
