GA Review - Pass[edit]

I have reviewed this article. I have checked it based on the GA criteria and feel that it is indeed a good article. Before passing it, I conducted a copyedit of the sections to increase the easy flow between sentences and other things. I would recommend that the main editor(s) remove some wikilinks in the article, as it is bordering on an overlinking problem, and removing "United States" or abbreviating it to "U.S." when used to describe various bodies.
