Misleading head section

The head section of this article describes the subject exclusively in tones of glowing admiration. The very next section explains that the practice can be unethical, and is in fact illegal in the UK and Europe, one reason being that it is almost always detrimental to consumers. Somebody needs to read more than one book before trying to write an article on economics, and obviously on a topic like this one it's necessary to give specific references for each individual point made.
