negative connotations of "reactive", or lack thereof[edit]

I suggest this phrase be removed. "reactive" might have some negative implications (à la reactionary), but in software engineering in the last 10 years or so its connotation has been very positive (see reactive programming, as well as the web's dominant UI framework, React).
