If anyone is interested in working on this page, that would be great. The Randle cycle is a very important player in the regulation of energy metabolism, such as in the heart. Many therapies being developed currently are based off the Randle cycle and the benefits of glucose oxidation over fatty acid oxidation. For more information about the Randle cycle, check out this document: The Glucose/Fatty Acid Cycle 1963–2003: A Tribute to Sir Philip Randle[1]

I will be working on this page as part of a project for my Metabolism university course. If anyone has any suggestions for me please let me know. As of right now I've added some things but I'm not happy with how its layed out and will be working on that. If someone knows what category titles to use and how to divide it that would be great.
