Grimaldi curse?[edit]

I'm seeing newspapers report everywhere a tale that this guy kidnapped and assaulted a girl who in retaliation cursed his whole line with bad marriages. Is there any truth in the story? Are there any first-hand sources? Not saying I believe the curse is necessarily real but I'm wondering if he really attacked someone.
