65 degrees what?[edit]

In the Recipe section, it says the mix is heated to 65 degrees in a pitcher. But 65 degrees what? Degrees Fahrenheit? Degrees Celsius? I would think Celsius, but I wanted to make sure before I possibly added something incorrect. 98.97.112.26 (talk) 19:30, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
