It sounds like this should be merged with IS-IS, which is the topic of this RFC according to this article's lede. Any objections? Consider that there is no other "RFC ####" title that isn't a redirect. This is not a formal merge request yet, just a sanity check before I file one.
(On a related note, should copyvio-detecting bots treat RFCs more leniently? The Request for Comments article is unclear on their copyright status. Should this perhaps be asked on that article's talk page or the bot's talk page?) --SoledadKabocha (talk) 22:05, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
