"meat bullion"[edit]

The quotes make this look as if it's some untranslatable Kazakh culinary term - but surely it's just "bouillon" (= broth) seriously misspelled! I wouldn't be surprised if the original source was Russian ("бульон", the word for broth, sounds like "bull-YON") and was then transliterated as "bullion", rather than properly translated. Or perhaps the same word is used in Kazakh and was transliterated in the same way - like Russian, Kazakh is written in Cyrillic letters. In any case, "bullion" means something quite different in English: precious metals in bars or ingots.213.127.210.95 (talk) 14:05, 7 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
