String Models

The subsection on String models, and the Bag model contains no mention of the subject of the article, the QCD vacuum. Deletion is recommended, and if someone wants to write a subsection perhaps on what AdS/CFT has to say on the subject that would be wonderful. Other sections are relevant, but for a non-expert, they do not explain what the relation between the concept discussed and QCD vacuum. Examples are PCAC and gradient coupling.
