National decree[edit]

"The village was founded in 1900 as an agricultural colony named Los Puelches by a national decree." What was 'by national decree'? The founding? That it was an agricultural colony? The name? All three? - Neils51 (talk) 06:06, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
