NPOV #2

The article places quotation marks around the word "psychic" (which I believe gets around possible WP:NPOV issues). However the quotes are missing when referring to psychic Linda Georgian. I would like to see that replaced by "psychic" Linda Georgian. Does anyone have any objections? I'll wait a while before making the actual change in case anyone wishes to discuss it.

UPDATE: It's been ten days since I posted the above and no one has commented, so I've made the change.
