This says PCAs are not to be confused with FCAs and the FCA page says they're synonymous!

Property Condition Assessments Wrongly Equated with Commercial Property & Building Inspections[edit]

FYI, the allegation 'Commercial property and building inspections are also known as Property Condition Assessments or PCA's' is erroneous. While these words are often used interchangeably by real estate brokers, agents, investors, lending institutions, and others that don't know better who may have a vested interest in commercial real estate, no where in ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials) E2018-15 Standard for Property Condition Assessments are PCAs defined or equated with commercial property or building inspections in the Standard. Please get your facts straight as this is misleading and fostering false information to those who patronize Wikipedia online. FWIW, I have been involved in building construction in a professional capacity for over 50 years whereby I have been conducting commercial PCAs for the past thirty years. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.16.246.241 (talk) 05:56, 31 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
