To do[edit]

The following cliff castles need to be put on the main page:

Diction[edit]

Guys, what do "univallate" and "multivallate" mean? These terms may be well known to castle buffs, but to us mere mortals, they're gobbledegook. Even a Wiki-search only turned up other examples. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 02:18, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

One wall, many walls, respectively. I'll stick them in parentheses. Haploidavey (talk) 03:44, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Have explained these terms in lede. Haploidavey (talk) 09:37, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Another source[edit]

Useful scholarly summary of contemporary scholarship, with some particulars, in Henrietta Quinnell, "Cornwall during the Iron Age and the Roman Period", Cornish Archaeology, 25, 1986. [1]

Not as up-to-date as some of this article's sources, but more scholarly than some, and gives full citations. Interesting and relevant disagreement on the merely occasional or seasonal occupation of cliff castles. Or some of them, at any rate. Obviously, doesn't include most recent results of most recent digs. Haploidavey (talk) 15:45, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Carn Lês Boel[edit]

Carn Lês Boel has a separate article in German Wikipedia.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 09:02, 23 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
