Bold merge[edit]

I'm not sure Bunson has this title straight, so I merged what had been two different articles. Procurator does refer to various officials or officers, and it's sometimes hard to know which procurator is doing what in the sources, so it seems much more helpful to readers to see the term in its Roman uses discussed and discerned in a single place.
