With private label rights, can I for example use this articles found at PLR, without a problem?

The following sentence: "While licenses differ with each author and seller, the basic premise is that the license permits buyers to re-brand the content under their own name and brand (excluding copyright)," raises issues from a technical legal perspective. In paticular the parenthetical "(excluding copyright)" does not make sense because what is often licensed is licensed under copyright. Expansion[edit]

I've cleaned up the article as best I could (removing advertising). It could probably be expanded a bit with a History and Criticism section; and possibly its affiliation with online marketing/spamming. --UnneededAplomb (talk) 04:13, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Update coming[edit]

I'm preparing an update but the problem is that there are no published materials for this license. Everything is still pretty much "wild west" and everyone's publishing what they like. - DM 16:04 (UTC) - 18. Januar 2011
