Notes list issues

Right now, the notes list has two "a"s, one for the automatic {{notelist}} based on the transclusion of the seasons and episodes table. And one from the hard-coded note. I'm not sure a way around this, other than using an {{efn}} template for the John Wayne Gacy note. That said, that note is quite lengthy...

I changed the hard-coded note to "b" for now, to disambiguate.

@Paul2520: Hey there. I don't know Wikimedia internals, and I don't know how they were two years ago when you brought that up, but I just did the {{efn}} and it worked perfectly. Right?
