the starting text was copied from James Madison. The idea is to have much more detailed article on his presidency than is possible in a biographical article that covers many topics. This is in line with "Presidency of XYZ" articles that have started on Obama, Bushes, Clinton, Carter etc back to George Washington. (For the record I did not create this article.)
