Why Postmates is considered a subsidiary of Uber?[edit]

Postmates is a subsidiary of Uber, Because Postmates was recently bought from uber. Sup34cj (talk) 20:21, 26 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is not factually accurate. Uber has announced plans, but note that it hasn't happened yet. Uber's own statement says, "The transaction is subject to the approval of Postmates stockholders, regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q1 2021." Until the transaction closes, it hasn't happened yet. --Yamla (talk) 21:41, 26 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
