Translator notes[edit]

  • "and on return you remains to it year" I suspect this says something about museum the rest of the year (la rentree = end of August, when half the population goes on vacation) but am unable to find the original, which is not fr wikipedia Elinruby (talk) 06:31, 1 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
source, at least for history section, is http://www.cpauvergne.com/2017/04/pont-du-chateau.html. Translation is terrible. Unsure if copyvio Elinruby (talk) 08:17, 21 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • "its perron with double revolution" -- in description of new castle. Wikipedia translated "perron" as a stoop, but the double revolution part makes me think perhaps this was a spiral staircase. Requires research. Elinruby (talk) 09:05, 21 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • the following is not in the original I am looking at: "“the small castle”, beautiful residence at the entry of the court to receive its guests, the house of the guards, a theatre, superb cellars, without forgetting in the north of the city the park of the marquis, inspired by the famous landscape designer Ours, basins, alleys of more than 300 meters, aqueducts, thickets, etc." Needs clarification
  • "“It is of an approval which one does not see anywhere else” wrote the Audigier canon." - not in the original I am looking at. Needs to be clarified and referenced Elinruby (talk) 10:50, 21 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
