Merge with Immanuel Kant?[edit]

It seems this article would be better suited instead within the main page for [Immanuel Kant]. A large section of it is already contained within the article, and it doesn't seem to have much benefit from being separated. --67.142.130.48 (talk) 21:16, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kant is the author of very important doctrine Rechtsstaat which is now on the rise in many continental legal system countries. His political and legal philosophy need the separate article.--Pierpietro (talk) 12:23, 1 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
