I agree it should be merged. I can only really find sources that mention the business in articles about Don Piccard himself so I'm not sure the business is separately notable. It lives up to the 'short text' reason mentioned in WP:MERGEREASON, and were it expanded I feel it would probably fall into the 'overlap' reason as well. An editor has requested for Piccard Balloons to be merged into Don Piccard (balloonist). Since you had some involvement with Piccard Balloons or Don Piccard (balloonist), you might want to participate in the merger discussion (if you have not already done so).
Merge per the above. About the only info to carry across is a couple of urls, one of which is dead and needs re-targeting to the Internet Archive anyway.
