Biophys, I'm not sure I agree with the decision to move PITPNA to Phosphatidylinositol transfer protein. There are actually several forms of phosphatidylinositol transfer proteins. PITPNA is the "alpha" version, PITPNB is the "beta" version, etc. I believe that each gene deserves its own page. I would propose moving this page to Phosphatidylinositol transfer protein, alpha, redirect PITPNA to that page, and reserve Phosphatidylinositol transfer protein for either a disambiguation page, or a general discussion of the protein family. Thoughts? AndrewGNF 20:36, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your suggestion is good if you are going to also make a general or at least disambig. page. If not, it would be better to have a page about family. So, please do whatever you think is better.Biophys 20:44, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
But I strongly suggest to use full names as article titles for all proteins in your project, not only the abbreviations. That is an impressive project. Great work!Biophys 20:54, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
