Pharmakon (noise project) → Pharmakon (music) – There are no other music projects with this name spelled exactly this way on WP, and (this part is really more a matter of opinion) this title seems more discoverable. Dunno if this was meant to be a joke or not, but the word "music" does appear in the first sentence of the article, plus four more instances throughout (including one "musical" and one "musicians" in the categories), so your point seems pretty moot to me.
