The person, or the company?[edit]

This article seems to lack clarity regarding its subject. The title appears to be about the person, but the article about the company. The opening sentence, recently edited twice, confuses the two: "Peter Hooker Limited owned an engineering business." Is Hooker himself noteworthy enough to deserve his own entry?
