It seems like this case is pretty notable, as the article cites (in a footnote) numerous academic articles in presitigious law journals discussing this particular case. It also cites an extensive number of other court decisions that cite or discuss this case. It is not an obscure case. DS (talk) 19:31, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
