Racism

Hello Did the mention of racism appear in the sources used to write about Pears Soap Marketing? Or were there sources that were considered for this portion that included it or overlook it?, User:NadiaRLopez(Wiki Ed). −−NadiaRLopez (Wiki Ed) (talk) 7:55pm, October 4, 2020 (PST)NadiaRLopez (talk) 02:57, 5 October 2020 (UTC)

Hello, NadiaRLopez. I have created a separate section for your discussion, as it was rather lost in a jumble of text.
Most of the Marketing section is totally unreferenced, so I did a quick Google search. It brought up several references to the casual racism in the advertising and you might be interested in using some of them.

There is a downloadable PDF of the article here:

The marketing section of this pages is quit thin. It also makes a claim that Pears Soap represented progress. Progress for who? For many people, Pears Soap also represented violence, racism, and oppression. Tfer92 (talk) 19:44, 19 October 2020 (UTC) Tyler Ferreria
